Our Story

NLC is promoted by a passionate group of engineers with over 20 + years construction experience. The promoters have collectively built 500+ units with an overall area of 6 lakh sq ft .

NLC initiated its first project in 2021 and completed in record 12 months time from start to handover despite Covid restrictions. Just within 24 months from the start of the first projects delivered 65 units spanning across 3 towers. Currently developing 4 more towers with 50 units. In all the developed projects there is no compromise on quality.
